Refund policy

Returns:
Customers may return their order within 3 days of receiving the parcel, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, your refund will be processed. A PKR 250 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method or as agreed.
Important:
The refund will only be issued after we receive the returned parcel.
